Creating Package Treatments inside emily is easy to do. Best of all, with package treatments you can use up prepaid treatments over time, see how many are left and refund unused ones if desired.
Step 1:
Make sure the service is allowed to create multiples or a package treatment. This is the service setup itself. Using the drop down menu, select YES for Treatment Plan Multiple. This area is highlighted yellow.
Step 2:
Go to the patients treatment plan tab where you want to create a package treatment for them.
Click on “Add Multiples” button and you will see a list of services that you can create a package with.
Step 3:
Fill out the modal for price, quantity and any notes you wish to attach to the package treatment. Once complete, click “Add” and it will now be saved as a treatment multiple/package in the patients treatment plan. You can now pay it to start scheduling appointments for the patient.
