Learn how to setup emilyPAY integrated terminals with your emilyEMR subscription for a more seamless, secure and reliable transaction process for your staff and customers.

Step 1

Go To: Settings > Clinic > emilyPAY Tab

• Toggle ON “Enable Merchant Devices”
• Enter the following information we will provide to you.
  • Chain
  • Location
  • Terminal
• Click Save to save these settings. These settings will allow your terminals to communicate with emily in the cloud.

*If this has already been completed for you, please proceed to the next step below.

Step 2:

• Click on the “Add Merchant Device” button
• A side panel will open
  • Give your terminal a name, it can be anything you want. We typically recommend using the room name/number where it will usually be located but you can come up with any name you wish. We also recommend adding a label to the device with this name for easy future reference. This name is also displayed on the screen as well.
  • Enter the pairing code that is on the terminal screen. This pairing code should show up automatically when you boot up your device and it hasn’t been yet paired to emily in the cloud. If this pairing code is not visible, please reboot your device by:
    • pressing the yellow button and # at the same time until the device shuts down and then
    • press and hold the green button to start it up again.
