How To Refund A Prepaid Treatment to Credit
In this help article, learn how to refund prepaid treatments or packages to the patients credit account.
Step 1:
Go to the patients account tab.
Click the refund button on the left.
Select the service or prepaid package they paid for.If it’s a package you can refund one or more of the remaining items.
Click next
Step 2:
You will then be shown a modal where you can charge an admin fee if you wish.
Step 3:
Add the full amount of the refund to the row and then select “Credit” as the payment type. This sends the refund directly to the patients available credit.
Step 4:
That’s it. You can email or print the invoice or do nothing and click done.
