How To Purchase Gift Cards
In this help article, learn how your customers and patients can purchase gift cards through your patient portal.
Steps To Purchase A Gift Card
Step 1: Visit Patient Portal > Gift Cards
Step 2: Select Gift Card Amount
Step 3: Toggle on “Send Gift Card to Myself” if you wish to purchase the gift card for yourself, otherwise move to step 4.
Step 4: Complete Recipient information and delivery info
Step 5: Complete your information (purchaser)
Step 6: Click Purchase button and pay with your credit card.
The gift card will be sent to email or text as requested on the form.
Keep the gift card number for future reference.
Gift card balances can be checked by visiting or calling the clinic and redeemed at the time of purchase as a payment type.
